Lotto Lout Gets His Own TV Show
03 Oct 2006
Lotto lout Michael Carroll has been handed his own TV show – giving his unique views on some of the UK's most popular cultural events.
The 23-year-old former dustman from Downham won £9.7 million in 2002, and has built-up a reputation as Britain's "King of Chavs".
Carroll will visit such highbrow events as the Henley Regatta, Glyndebourne and Royal Ascot, accompanied by cameras from Sky, for a series called Carroll's Kingdom.
Producers were impressed by his recent appearance fronting Sky One's Top Ten Wackiest Asbos show.
A show insider claimed the show would be "classic two-worlds-collide stuff".
